▸ Please contact the service centre within seven days (including holidays) from the day that you receive your parcel. Your return request will be accepted subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated below:
(1) Before you start to enjoy your new purchase, please check whether there are any defects in the products. Once your purchased product has been unpacked and used, your return request will not be accepted and approved.
(2) Before you return your purchased product, please repackage your product to its original condition, including all the contents such as the main product, accessories, freebies, packing paper, bags, box, instructions and all the relevant documents.
(3) In the event that the returned product is considered damaged, ruined, or does not meet the return criteria, your statutory return appeal or application may be affected or alternatively you may be requested to compensate partially for the damage upon your return.
(4) In the event of any defect on your new purchased products, please take a photo and send to us as soon as possible. We will investigate your request and immediately assist with returning the product.
Your refund will be processed upon the approval by our customer service centre. The transport fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You will need to pay for the bank transfer fee with the exception of Taipei Fubon Bank account holders.
